History Notes

New Zealand cast iron Implement Seats.

Cast iron implement seats were prevalent on ploughs and other tilliage implements. All the major implement makers appear to have made seats or had them made to order by foundries. It may be that some of the larger implement makers made branded and plain seats for others on order also.

Seeking further information - please make contact if you can add to this meagre information or supply more or better pic's of New Zealand Seats or other interesting stuff. If you plan to send pictures, make contact on the link below. Pictures taken of seats on a plain background look the best, so please consider this when taking pictures to add to this webpage.
